Peter Miller, a junior at Champlain College studying business administration, has turned his passion for woodworking into a unique business venture: The Portable Mini Golf Company. He rents out 9-, 18-, and 36-hole mini-golf courses for group events, and his business has tripled in sales since its launch during the pandemic.
